Meditations for Body, Mind and Spirit

The mind is the most powerful tool we have. If used consciously with an intent to heal, it can help you solve your health, emotional or life problems. Many challenges that we have in life come from unconscious thought patterns, negative beliefs and old habits.
Inner mind can be accessed in trance state that can be easily achieved by relaxation. Then by the right use of words and imagination, the work of wonder begins.
Meditations for Body, Mind and Spirit are group sessions designed to focus on most common human problems and inner-growth areas. By regularly attending weekly sessions that targets your challenge, you will let your inner mind do the important work of changing you from within.
Remember, it takes time to change your inner thought patterns and habits and to develop new ones, so give yourself time to achieve the results. You will see improvement after each session but it's an ongoing process that may take few weeks depending on the degree of your problem. It is worth it though - what is more important than your own happiness?

These are group online sessions that will be scheduled weekly. Anyone in the world with internet access can attend! Small donation of 5 euro per person requested.

Heart Chakra Moving Meditation

This moving meditation has been designed by Karunesh, New Age healing music leader, to accompany his special music designed to clean the heart chakras. Four phases serve as a lengthy prelude to the closing tracks that venture deeply into the sounds of 'The Inner Temple' and 'Tibetan Sound Bowls,' Each phase of approximately seven minutes ends with a gentle sounding bell. By the time you reach the closing track, which is around 15 minutes long, you are in a state of deep relaxation and receptivity should have been found. After that, anything is possible.
During the meditation you cleanse your heart from anything that may be blocking you on your path, and filling that space with those positive things that you desire.
