Massage is one of the oldest, simplest forms of therapy. The basic goal of massage therapy is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and well-being. Massage uses touch through rubbing or kneading of parts of the body to aid circulation, relax the muscles, or provide sensual stimulation.
In our holistic massages we do not use one form of massage on each client, as we adapt the technique to suit each person depending on their problems. We use movements from classical, sports or relaxation massage adding elements of lomi-lomi and shiatsu as needed. Each of our massages is unique and provides many health benefits.
